01Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and TradeLabs AI. By creating an account or using tradelabsai.com you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02What TradeLabs AI is

TradeLabs AI is an analytics dashboard. It combines market data, order-flow signals, pattern statistics and prediction market odds into probability estimates for short-horizon cryptocurrency outcomes, alongside optional AI commentary and a paper-trading simulator. It is an information tool.

TradeLabs AI is an independent product, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Polymarket or any other exchange or prediction market it references. All third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

03Not financial advice

The paragraph above applies to every part of the service: predictions, confidence scores, signal breakdowns, alerts, AI chart analysis, leaderboards and community comments. Community content is written by other users and is not endorsed by us.

04No guarantee of accuracy

Predictions are probabilistic and frequently wrong. Published accuracy figures describe past outcomes and do not predict future results. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The service is provided “as is” and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

05Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this contract. You must not use the service where doing so breaks the law in your country, and you are responsible for complying with local rules on crypto-asset trading.

06Your account

Keep your credentials secret and tell us promptly at hello@tradelabsai.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; do not share logins or resell access. A gift link bought from us may be given to someone else, but not resold.

07Plans and billing

• Free, Pro and Pro+ plans differ in features and limits, as shown on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free plan.
• You can buy a plan as a gift for someone else, for 1 to 12 months, by card or crypto. A gift is paid once and does not renew. A 12-month gift paid by card costs 10 months.
• A gift link works once and can be locked to one email address. If the account that uses it already has a paid plan, the gift can add time to that plan now (worked out from the two plans' prices when they differ) or be kept for later.

08Refunds

Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, contact us. We are happy to look into it and make it right. Gifts follow the same rule: a gift that has been used cannot be refunded. If a gift you bought has not been used, contact us.

09Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, mirror, or resell the service or its data.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload, or probe our systems or another user's account.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or promotional content in community areas.
• Do not present our output as your own licensed financial advice to others.
• Do not circumvent plan limits, including by creating multiple accounts.

10API and automated access

Elite plans include API keys and webhooks. Keep your key secret; you are responsible for traffic made with it. We may apply rate limits and may change or withdraw API endpoints with reasonable notice.

11Our content

The site, its software, design and output are owned by TradeLabs AI and protected by intellectual property law. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account is active. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display and store it in order to run the service. The outcome dataset files that come with a Pro plan are for your own research, models and trading; they may not be republished, resold or offered as a dataset elsewhere.

12Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create risk for other users, or are used unlawfully. Where practical we will tell you why.

13Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TradeLabs AI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are notified by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may also modify or discontinue features.

15Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
