How we keep your account safe
No wallet, no deposits, and nothing we will ever ask you for that could cost you money.

We never ask for your password, your two step codes, a card number or a crypto wallet’s seed phrase. Not by email, not in chat, not on Discord. Anyone asking for those is not us: forward it to support@tradelabsai.com.
No wallet, no deposits
TradeLabs AI has no wallet connection at all. Nothing on the site can move your coins, and we never hold customer funds. Paper trading uses virtual money only.
Your password
Sign in runs through Google Firebase. Any password we keep ourselves is stored only as a PBKDF2 SHA-256 hash with 600,000 rounds, never as the password itself, so nobody on our team can read it.
Two step sign in
Turn on two step sign in from Settings and every sign in also needs a code from your authenticator app. You get backup codes in case you lose your phone, and they are stored hashed too.
Sessions
Your session cookie is HttpOnly and Secure: scripts on a page cannot read it, and it only travels over an encrypted connection.
Connections
Every page and request is served over HTTPS, and browsers are told to use HTTPS only for a full year (HSTS). A content security policy limits what a page may load, and our pages refuse to be framed by other sites.
Payments
Card payments go through Stripe’s own secure checkout, so your card number never reaches our servers. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments.
Where the site runs
The site runs on its own server at Amazon Web Services in Ireland, behind a content delivery network. Data is backed up regularly.
Your data is yours
Settings → Privacy and data lets you download everything we hold about you as a JSON file, or delete your account. Deleting removes your profile, sessions, API keys, paper trades, alerts, comments and calls, and cancels any subscription. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Spam and abuse
Sign up is protected by a captcha, and we watch for abuse of the free plan.
